  • Begin with a self-paced strategy session designed to dive into your decision-making style, interests, and aspirations. Gain clarity and set the direction for your career transition.

  • Work directly with Dawn in weekly 1:1 sessions for the first 3 weeks to unpack your career goals, explore potential paths, and draft your personalized 90-day Road Map.

  • Six 30-minute check-in sessions are included to ensure you're on track and making progress toward your goals.

  • Two hourly sessions 1:1 with Dawn to work together in the way you choose, including resume review, LinkedIn profile editing, business plan drafting, website building support, and more.

  • Availability throughout the six months to give brief feedback on your updates, assist with micro-actions, and answer questions.
