Have you considered coaching couples but realized it’s so broad and unregulated that you didn’t know where to start?

Or maybe, somewhere along the line, you decided not to work with couples because relationship challenges seemed so challenging and unpredictable, and results too complicated to measure?

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This program is intended for counselors, therapists, healers, spiritual leaders, and other wellness practitioners with an established foundation in serving clients in a therapeutic and/or healing capacity.

Research consistently shows that roughly 60–70% of daily behaviors are driven by habit, not conscious decision. (Older pop-psych numbers floated much higher percentages; current behavioral science tends to land closer to two-thirds.) That’s not a flaw — it’s neurological efficiency.

If we consciously deliberated every micro-choice, we’d be paralyzed.

Habits are useful.

But unexamined habits — especially in relationships — create:

  • Default conflict loops full of assumption and misinterpretation

  • Inherited gender roles

  • Cultural scripts about money, sex, parenting

  • Religious or family expectations absorbed without reflection

  • Shame-based relational rules

We interrupt autopilot.

You’ll learn to support your clients to:

  • Notice what’s habitual

  • Decide what’s intentional

  • Consciously design their own rules

  • Break generational cycles of conflict and miscommunication

  • Develop rituals and formulas that consciously create a more connected new normal.
