About
This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.
How this program is radically different:
Identifying, breaking down, and contextualising incredibly difficult dynamics that might usually be labeled and pathologized, including alcoholism, mental health challenges, and certain aspects of conflict that may appear abusive.
Quickly offering real tools to enable clients to assess, define, and problem-solve.
Refuting long-standing ineffective relationship best-practices.
Helping clients recognize choice vs. default– and how much of their lives may be set up based on expectations they fell into- then helping craft their own unique rules of engagement.
Bringing the neurodiversity lens into everything-especially ADHD- and helping individuals and couples recognize its impact in ways that are not often discussed
Sharing trauma’s impact on the body and communication, without overstepping into therapeutic land, and being quick to offer referrals to specialists whose work can enhance and amplify the coaching, not be a substitute.
This will always be a space of inclusivity rooted in creating as much safety as possible, and and facilitating openly discussing areas that may be seen as taboo by others to best serve our clients who may be wrestling with issues of identify, addiction, trauma, sex/kink/and various relationship structures, and more.
